Kolby has been working in the construction industry for over 30 years, and serving the Wausau area since 1998. He has been a member of the Wausau Area Builders Association since 2002, been a Builder of the Year recipient and has been involved with the Wausau Area Parade of Homes since 2003. He served as the Parade of Homes Chairman for three consecutive years.
